Soon after qualifying, he joined Sona Steering and rose to the role of Finance Manager by solving operational problems with financial rigor, not politics. In 2013, he left a rising corporate career to start his own real estate company, and by 2017, he expanded into wellness through two ventures that were Ganpati Arcade and US SOBO Wellness, and launched Ayurvedic treatment centres and spas. Ganpati Arcade provided spaces designed for calm, order, and service, offering local communities dignified care close to home. In 2022, Umesh added Vaidyaacharya, a clinical and manufacturing backbone that supports the centres and spas as their supply line and quality standard.
